Tools for Salesforce admins

See who has access to what, and fix it in one place.

UserCanvas

Salesforce access is spread across profiles, permission sets, permission set groups, and User Access Policies. Working out why someone can or can't see a record usually means clicking through a dozen Setup pages. UserCanvas puts it all on one canvas, in the style of Schema Builder, and lets you change access where you see it.

What UserCanvas does

Everything about one user

Profile, permission set groups and permission sets on one screen, with expiration dates.

Object access at a glance

Objects grouped from Modify All down to Read, so you can see where access comes from.

Edit access in place

Change tab, object and field access in one save. Dependencies are handled for you.

Assign with an expiration date

Assign or create a permission set, with an optional end date for temporary access.

Understand Access Policies

See who each User Access Policy matches, and where access has drifted from it.

Rules that clean up after themselves

Grant access by role or group, and remove it automatically when someone stops matching.

Built for the Salesforce ecosystem

Native to Salesforce

Built with Lightning Web Components and Apex. It installs as a package and runs inside your org.

Your permissions, not ours

Everything you do in UserCanvas runs as you, so Salesforce still decides what you can see and change.

Guards against lockouts

UserCanvas won't let you freeze yourself or remove your own access to it, and it asks before you give up a permission yourself.

Your data stays in your org

UserCanvas doesn't send your data to outside servers or store passwords or tokens.
